From a touch tone enabled phone, dial the telephone number for the conference a minute or two before the scheduled start time. After the voice prompt, dial the six digit access code followed by the # (pound) key. You may join or leave a conference anytime while it is in progress.

Due to the technology in use, sometimes when a large number of people are attempting to dial in to a conference line at the same time, there will not be a prompt for the access code. If the prompt does not start within ten seconds of the call connecting, hang up and try dialing in again. This may have to be repeated a few times on a very busy line before the prompt will play.

Please double check you have the correct access code for the conference you are trying to join. You must be using a touch tone enabled telephone (most are) to enter the access code and use other conference functions.

There will be an announcement when the Question and Answer session begins. To be added to the queue press *6 on your touch tone telephone. A voice prompt will ask you to press 1 to confirm you want to be added to the queue.

The conference call host will announce you by name, area code, or as anonymous (if you have blocked caller ID). You will also hear a voice prompt say “unmuted” as you are announced.

When you are announced by the host, it is a good idea to ask if you are being heard clearly before proceeding. You will have two minutes to ask your question or make your comment. At the end of those two minutes a chime will play to let you know your time has run out. Generally, followup questions are not allowed unless clarification is needed to answer your question. Please be courteous of others so we can answer as many questions as possible.

To ask a question on the call you must enter the queue during the Q&A session. You may also send questions to the Republic Records Bureau Administrator.

Generally speaking the conference calls are listen only. All lines will be muted at the start of the call. Some calls will include a Q&A session to allow you to ask questions or make comments in reference to the presentation. If you are on an open conference (anyone can comment) your line may have been muted due to background noise or interference. You can press *6 to unmute your line. Pressing *6 again will put your line back on mute.

Hearing an echo, background noise, or other interference is common on conference calls. The most likely culprit is a speaker phone. If you are using a speaker phone you will want to keep your microphone muted (on the phone, or press *6). It also helps to use the handset when speaking (be sure to unmute yourself). Sometimes there is noise on the line that can not be remedied due to the nature of the technology in use and the number of participants on the conference.

There are several causes for low volume during a call. First, please check that your telephone speaker volume has been set to a comfortable listening level. When speaking on a conference it is important to use the telephone handset (not the speakerphone option) and speak directly into the microphone with the handset about an inch from your mouth for best clarity. Finally, call quality can be affected by external conditions including the number of participants on the call, the hardware being used by the current speaker, and other interference related to the technology in use.

Many of the conference calls are recorded. Generally they are available for a limited time of one to five days by dialing the replay number (different than the conference number) and entering the same access code used to access the conference. They are also archived on the Republic Update Calendar within 48 hours of the conference. Please note not all calls are recorded, and occasionally a call will not be available due to a technical issue.

Long distance charges and wireless phone allowances are determined by your service provider. The conference numbers are not toll-free numbers and may result in charges to your telephone bill.

Religious views can be a point of contention for many. Most people love the founding fathers’ views on religious freedom which encouraged people to practice their religion as long as other people are not negatively affected. As an atheist, my concern is whether this will create conflict, considering it seems as though you are very open about God. Do you believe every human is entitled to their views and beliefs without threat of persecution or discrimination?

Answer:

Our Republic is restricted to management of the People’s common interests. Our Constitution was established to “secure the Blessings of Liberty” of the People pertaining to religion, politics, opinions, special interests, etc. The 1st Amendment guarantees everyone freedom of (or from) religion and the freedom to express their thoughts pertaining to those beliefs. Atheism, as other philosophical or spiritual beliefs, is considered private and therefore personal and is scrupulously respected. Please reference Religion in the De Jure Republic and these Ronald Reagan video clips for further study.

Back in 2007 i joined the Restore America Plan and went to several meetings and read thousands of emails and listened to hundreds of broadcasts over the years and I have not seen any change accept for the worse in fact things are even more disgusting in the Government and society every day. Yet I watch, listen and read and I see many get rail-roaded, some have even lost their life for standing up for the noble causes that bible believing good people should not have to fight. I first heard oh this thing is going to take at least 10 years to even begin to turn around; some say we are just sitting back and waiting; some say well any day now; others say change is coming, good things are coming but the bottom line is that line keeps disappearing, but not without a lot of talk. So I ask: WHEN will we the people get our country back?

The restore America plan (Rapp) started in 2010, and while it was a predecessor to the Republic for the United States of America and some former members of that organization are affiliated with the Republic they are two different things, in fact, Rapp no longer exists. Furthermore, anyone who was part of the restore America plan signed documentation separating themselves from that organization as a precursor to their affiliation with the Republic.

Don’t misunderstand this is not a complaint. Those of us who are truly working at this will by the hand of God get this done. Many have already and continue to sacrifice much in this cause. For the sake of all Americans we too would like to see the transition time shortened.

Let me give you an example; sometimes it takes weeks for one of us to be able to answer the questions that come to our website. Those who ask the questions get frustrated thinking we are ignoring them. We understand their frustration and would like to be able to respond in a more efficient manner. Our goal is to encourage people to find out what they can do to help. That would lift the load for everyone. The bottom line is people have to get involved. Our society does not foster this type of involvement.

When will it change? It will happen when enough of the American people stand up together shoulder to shoulder and peacefully in righteous fervor restore the Nation that rightly belongs to them. Until that happens we must continue to proclaim the message of liberty and show them why they have to stand. Keep in mind we cannot get discouraged or frustrated and we can never give up. We must take the challenge and responsibility of this ourselves and not wait for others to get it done. I would contend one thing. It is Bible believing good people that must fight this fight. More than any other people we should have the faith and fortitude to not become apathetic to this issue no matter how difficult it is. It is our God given duty to get on board and stay on board to maintain righteous lawful government. People who understand this are the people who make things change.

There is not now, nor has there ever been, a requirement regarding religion. The requirement is that you harm no one or their personal property. If your religious or personal views require, or cause you to violate that, then you will be held accountable. If you have taken an oath to or have an allegiance to another law form then you will have a problem with the laws of the land. If you act in an immoral or irresponsible manner and by doing so you harm someone you will be held accountable. If your religious or personal beliefs cause or require you to violate another’s rights, you will be held accountable.

It is really that simple. It is not the religion of an individual that will or will not cause them to be in right-or-wrong standing. It is however, the behavior and actions of an individual that matters.

Please bear with me; this is a great question so the answer will require some explanation and detail. The answer is critical to understanding the status of the Republic for the United States of America and the standing of the American People. First we need to understand the obligations that the Constitutional government must meet. It must be able to fulfill what it is charged with. That charge is in the preamble to the Constitution.

• Establish Justice
• Provide for the common defense.
• Ensure domestic tranquility
• Promote the general welfare.
• Secure the blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity.
• Also, Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution requires the government to ensure a Republican form of government to all the States.

The details of how these are to be accomplished by the government is laid out in the Constitution. The unalienable rights and benefits of the people are defined in the Bill of Rights. Those rights and benefits are to be protected by the Constitutional government. Therefore that government must be able to enforce that protection or it is incapable of fulfilling its constitutional duty. The bottom line here is if the government is not capable of or chooses not to fulfill its constitutional charge it is not the constitutional government.

There is no provision in the Constitution for the constitutional government to function only partly within the parameters of that document. The government must be able to enforce the charge of the people and hold Constitutional elections before it can step into or even claim the roll of the constitutional government. It will be those who are elected in that election who will form and conduct the duties of the constitutional government.

The interim government, while lawfully established, functions temporarily and parallel to the corporation making no claims of constitutionality or permanence which would put it in competition with the corporation. Claiming constitutionality would cause those who had taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution to violate their oath since they could not fully comply with the Constitution. Neither the oath nor the Constitution makes provision for partial compliance. The interim government can only use a limited constitutional structure and form so as to remain in honor and to eliminate any chance for confusion as to its status. This protects the sanctity of the Constitution and the standing of the people.
Lastly the constitutional government must have the people behind it to make it legitimate. The roll of the interim government is to facilitate a means to the Constitutional government. It can not change, alter or enforce constitutional provisions. Interim must remain interim. It must confine any of its work to that status. An interim government that would make a claim of constitutionality without the support of the American People would violate the precepts espoused in the Declaration of Independence and the spirit in which the founders wrote the Constitution for the United States of America.

In 2010 the American People claimed their legitimate lawful standing and acted to return to Constitutional governance. They laid out their claims and standing in law. Natural law, the Declaration of Independence and the Jay Treaty are among the basis of law for their actions. They formed the Republic for the United States of America as the vehicle to do so. This interim government was given specific guidelines for growth and education since this is its primary function. These guidelines exhibit the spirit of the Constitution however some do not because of the limitations of being interim.

As you can see any deviation from the interim status into a supposed constitutional status prior to having the support of the American People creates a serious breach. The interim government can legitimately claim to be the only lawful government but it has not yet reached the status of constitutionality. It is important for people to understand this concept. The purpose of the interim government must not be to enter into the realm of governance of the American People as it has no mandate to do so. However its structure does allow for limited governance within itself based on the mandate of growth, education and preserving the de jure seats for the American People. Therefore the interim government may simulate some constitutional process but only to maintain its temporary structure using the mandate stated above.

Any attempt, no matter how well intended, to place constitutional mandates on the interim government would invalidate the interim government. There can be no debate on this matter. The interim status of the Republic for the United States of America must be preserved in order to preserve its lawful standing. In 2010 the American people noticed the world of this intent. To maintain honor, credibility and lawful status this issue must be adhered to. The people are the authority and they made this choice.
These are some reasons why there is clear distinction in our documents between interim and constitutional.

Among the things you will learn is that One Statute Fifty, which is the Northwest Ordinance as codified, gives the President the authority to appoint Governors and Judges in the territories. When a State is without a Republican form of government or no government at all it is treated as a territory. Under Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution the President has a duty to insure a Republican form of government for the people of each State. The President may therefore appoint a Governor and Judge for that State.

Since there would likely be no state legislature in place, the new Governor would, according to Article 1 Section 3 Clause 2 of the National Constitution, be able to temporarily appoint two Senators. Further, the Governor would be directed by the National Constitution, Article 1 Section 2 Clause 4, to issue a writ of election to provide representation to the House of Representatives. This process fulfills the minimum requirement for a Republican form of government in your state.

However, the individual state constitutions may require a secretary to keep records. This responsibility falls on the Governor until that position is filled. The Governor will lead your free state in building the state legislature and filling other state offices in accordance with your state constitution. Once the majority of the American People re-inhabit their Republic, general elections for all vacant Offices and Seats will be held.

I’m very frustrated, on some of your recent calls the speakers have mentioned the American people need to stand up. Well I have been standing up for years. I have voted in every election, I call my Senators and Representative. I get involved in local politics and political events and let people know what is going on every chance I get. I’m not sure what frustrates me more, the current political system or people like you. What is so different about what you people are doing? And Why should I do any more then I already am?

Put another way, the convention of states crowd are working within the confines of the corporate UNITED STATES whereas, the Republic for the United States was first founded by our Fore Fathers and then Reaffirmed by their Progeny in 2010. They assured that the Restored Republic would be operating outside, alongside and parallel to the corporate UNITED STATES, not under it.

It has also come to our attention that, if a Corporate Convention of States is convened, the delegates will vote to convene a Constitutional Convention (covered in Article V of the Constitution.) Then the current Constitution will be eliminated and replaced by the Constitution for The NewStates of America which was created for the Rockefeller Foundation which will concentrate all military, media, social, economic and political power into the clutches of the ruling oligarchy. In the meantime, the surefire way of restoring the Republic is already available to the American People; it only requires a force majeure; that would be the American People in mass. Please take the time to go over some of this material for a better understanding of what the Republic is about. These are great questions. The answer is that it has already happened. It was announced to the world in 2010 and has been very much in the public. The fact that you are able to communicate with us is evidence of that.
The American People are the Republic! The seats of the lawful original de jure constitutional government are here for the American People to finish occupying. The Republic for the United States is lawfully occupying many of these seats and holds in its hands the keys to open the door to the remainder of the seats.

The Republic is not a group, movement or organization. The Republic for the United States of America is not interested in ruling anyone. Apparently someone has misinformed you as to our purpose. I would like to point you to our mission statement, FAQ’s and other documents on our website. Please take the time to go over some of this material for a better understanding of what the Republic is about. There you may find that we agree on many issues such as taxes, property rights and ownership, God given unalienable rights for all people and consent of the people for government. However I may point out that not everyone may consent or agree on everything. Since your question / comments are general in nature and not specific to any one instance I will address them as follows.
First it is important to understand fully that the Republic for the United States of America belongs to all Americans. It’s the “we the people…” of the preamble to the Constitution. It’s the “we’” in “We hold these truths to be self evident…” in the Declaration of independence. As you see in the context presented above, the people, (“We”), are not an organization and neither is the Republic for the United States of America (Republic). This is an important foundational fact to establish in order to address the rest of your comments.
Since the Republic is not only restoring the Constitution it is returning to the precepts of the common law of God which is the foundation of the original Statutes at large.These would be the laws passed prior to the establishment of the Corporation which were not repugnant to the Constitution. In fact the common law of God is the basis for our entire law form. These concepts of law do not promote criminal activity or condone the harboring of criminal fugitives. The Republic consist of peaceful and law abiding men and women.
The Media and some law enforcement have purposely attempted to link the Republic and Republic people to criminal activities. This is a gross mis-characterization of the people that make up the Republic. There appears to be a very well organized and funded smear campaign to discredit the Republic. Always (especially in this age of the internet and information gathering/sharing) look at the motivations and/or intentions of those who submit (dis)information. Look at the manner; the tactics, used in that submission. Be vigilant in questioning the overall accuracy of the information comprising that submission.

At this time, the most notable facts surrounding the attacks made on General Vallely are:
General Vallely has been very outspoken pertaining to the successful restoration of a Lawful, Constitutional government and his willingness to work with similarly minded people, groups, organizations, and most importantly (to Us), the Republic for the United States of America. On the other hand, he has spared no words in his criticisms, and condemnation of the D.C. crowd and their agendas.

One must ask: What does he have to gain from making such a visible stand?

One of his more virulent critics is Gordon Duff and his ‘sources,’ who use ‘Veterans Today’ as their ‘Bully Pulpit’. After spending time reviewing the VT website, it can safely be said that there is much info and debate aplenty about de facto government activities, but, it all seems to fall within the neat little box of parameters, which the de facto has dictated as being acceptable for politically correct debate and polite discussion. With General Vallely as the example, apparently, ‘slinging mud’, regardless of a REAL check for accuracy is an acceptable tactic. We would call this character assassination. This practice has been perfected by Washington elites to discredit those opposed to their imperialistic agenda.

One must ask why. One must ask: What do those in Duff’s ‘camp’ have to gain by their attack on a general, of no little esteem, who refuses to remain silent in his disdain for (some might say) a criminal cabal.

You may also note that there is no mention on the VT website about the resent video post from ISIS. In this video ISIS calls for the beheading of the General because of his active support for their enemy. This is totally contrary to the rhetoric that VT has on their website concerning the General. Perhaps there is a more pertinent question that should be asked. Why does it appear that Mr. Gordon has not taken the time to seek out all of the facts and only publish those things that cannot be credibly verified? Please bear with me; this is a great question so the answer will require some explanation and detail. The answer is critical to understanding the status of the Republic for the United States of America and the standing of the American People. First we need to understand the obligations that the Constitutional government must meet. It must be able to fulfill what it is charged with. That charge is in the preamble to the Constitution.

• Establish Justice
• Provide for the common defense.
• Ensure domestic tranquility
• Promote the general welfare.
• Secure the blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity.
• Also, Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution requires the government to ensure a Republican form of government to all the States.

The details of how these are to be accomplished by the government is laid out in the Constitution. The unalienable rights and benefits of the people are defined in the Bill of Rights. Those rights and benefits are to be protected by the Constitutional government. Therefore that government must be able to enforce that protection or it is incapable of fulfilling its constitutional duty. The bottom line here is if the government is not capable of or chooses not to fulfill its constitutional charge it is not the constitutional government.

There is no provision in the Constitution for the constitutional government to function only partly within the parameters of that document. The government must be able to enforce the charge of the people and hold Constitutional elections before it can step into or even claim the roll of the constitutional government. It will be those who are elected in that election who will form and conduct the duties of the constitutional government.

The interim government, while lawfully established, functions temporarily and parallel to the corporation making no claims of constitutionality or permanence which would put it in competition with the corporation. Claiming constitutionality would cause those who had taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution to violate their oath since they could not fully comply with the Constitution. Neither the oath nor the Constitution makes provision for partial compliance. The interim government can only use a limited constitutional structure and form so as to remain in honor and to eliminate any chance for confusion as to its status. This protects the sanctity of the Constitution and the standing of the people.
Lastly the constitutional government must have the people behind it to make it legitimate. The roll of the interim government is to facilitate a means to the Constitutional government. It can not change, alter or enforce constitutional provisions. Interim must remain interim. It must confine any of its work to that status. An interim government that would make a claim of constitutionality without the support of the American People would violate the precepts espoused in the Declaration of Independence and the spirit in which the founders wrote the Constitution for the United States of America.

In 2010 the American People claimed their legitimate lawful standing and acted to return to Constitutional governance. They laid out their claims and standing in law. Natural law, the Declaration of Independence and the Jay Treaty are among the basis of law for their actions. They formed the Republic for the United States of America as the vehicle to do so. This interim government was given specific guidelines for growth and education since this is its primary function. These guidelines exhibit the spirit of the Constitution however some do not because of the limitations of being interim.

As you can see any deviation from the interim status into a supposed constitutional status prior to having the support of the American People creates a serious breach. The interim government can legitimately claim to be the only lawful government but it has not yet reached the status of constitutionality. It is important for people to understand this concept. The purpose of the interim government must not be to enter into the realm of governance of the American People as it has no mandate to do so. However its structure does allow for limited governance within itself based on the mandate of growth, education and preserving the de jure seats for the American People. Therefore the interim government may simulate some constitutional process but only to maintain its temporary structure using the mandate stated above.

Any attempt, no matter how well intended, to place constitutional mandates on the interim government would invalidate the interim government. There can be no debate on this matter. The interim status of the Republic for the United States of America must be preserved in order to preserve its lawful standing. In 2010 the American people noticed the world of this intent. To maintain honor, credibility and lawful status this issue must be adhered to. The people are the authority and they made this choice.
These are some reasons why there is clear distinction in our documents between interim and constitutional.

The most important concept to grasp concerning these type questions is that the Republic, itself, is the ultimate solution for these issues. Once the American people embrace their Republic in mass, then we will all be able to experience liberty and justice for all for the first time in our lives. As it stands, very few of us Americans can grasp just how different things will be once our Republic is back in place.

Just the implementation of lawful money back in circulation will solve a multitude of abuses. The “Lincoln Greenback” is the best example we have of real money. Don’t forget, our forefathers fought the War of Independence and earned the right for our Republic to coin it’s own money. Since then, we, as a nation, had absolutely no need to “borrow” money from a “central bank,” our source of financial ruin.

Next, consider the fact that only lawful taxes will be collected and that the collection of these lawful constitutional taxes will be more than enough to serve the needs of lawful governance. Our hard earned gains will no longer end up in the coffers of the super elite.

Once the Republic is back in place, the average American will be just as strong as the government, judicially.  No agency or corporation will dare trample on your God given unalienable rights. In other words, the Republic Judicial branch of government will be on your side, protecting your rights and ensuring a fair trial. The ultimate judicial authority will again be in the hands of an informed jury of your peers. Please remember, we have no common law, but our Constitution and it will again be the law of the land.

For now, Republic courts can only adjure cases that are internal to the Republic. This means that no Republic court has any discourse with any de facto court while we are in this interim phase of this great Republic. As you may have heard the only thing standing in the way of the American people getting their Republic back is mass participation. Please ask yourself what it is that you can do to help inform the American people about their Republic.

The lands, territories and subsequent States have always belonged to the inhabitants of them. The people of those States were citizens of those States and became citizens of the United States when the State became part of the Union. But they always remain citizens of the State they inhabit.
The corporation that became the UNITED STATES government never gave full disclosure to the people as to whom and what they really were. They (U.S. inc.) posed as the lawful Republican form of government that they were constitutionally bound to be. However most of the people were not aware that the Constitution had been suspended during the Civil War era and was not restored. As I’m sure you already know, in law, intent is everything. The people had no idea what was being done to them. Clearly the people of those States which were accepted after the usurpation by the corporation intended to be a part of what they believed was the lawful union of the United States of America. They did know that the UNITED STATES of AMERICA inc. was not the same thing.
We recognize that the lands belong to the people. We also recognize that the people are citizens of their States. Therefore we are bound to accept that the people’s intent to join the lawful Constitutional union of the United States of America with its guaranteed Republican law form must to be upheld. Since your question / comments are general in nature and not specific to any one instance I will address them as follows.
First it is important to understand fully that the Republic for the United States of America belongs to all Americans. It’s the “we the people…” of the preamble to the Constitution. It’s the “we’” in “We hold these truths to be self evident…” in the Declaration of independence. As you see in the context presented above, the people, (“We”), are not an organization and neither is the Republic for the United States of America (Republic). This is an important foundational fact to establish in order to address the rest of your comments.
Since the Republic is not only restoring the Constitution it is returning to the precepts of the common law of God which is the foundation of the original Statutes at large.These would be the laws passed prior to the establishment of the Corporation which were not repugnant to the Constitution. In fact the common law of God is the basis for our entire law form. These concepts of law do not promote criminal activity or condone the harboring of criminal fugitives. The Republic consist of peaceful and law abiding men and women.
The Media and some law enforcement have purposely attempted to link the Republic and Republic people to criminal activities. This is a gross mis-characterization of the people that make up the Republic. There appears to be a very well organized and funded smear campaign to discredit the Republic. The people of the Republic for the United States of America stand firmly for responsible personal conduct and lawful behavior. This is why some people chose not to stand with us.
The standards of liberty of self government and personal behavior established by our founding fathers and reconfirmed by the Republic are very high. They took them very serious then just as we do today. It is unfortunate that those who make these blanket accusations don’t abide by a similar moral, ethical and lawful standard. You are correct to assume that we are referencing the Congress of the interim government, the Republic for the United States of America. Please take a few minutes to look at President’s press release about this document on our website. Reading the actual document will help answer some of your questions and give you a better understanding of my answers. The restoration of the Constitutional government our founding fathers established in 1789 with the signing of the Constitution for the United States of America is a work in progress. Reclaiming the seats of that government for the people took place in 2010. We are holding those seats, or reinhabiting them, as we often say it, until such time that the American people can in sufficient numbers hold elections to fully and permanently restore that government. The Congress of the interim government passed this Resolution in 2011 to further clarity the status and standing of the Republic for the United States of America.
1. The Standing is clarified to be the same as was established by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence.

The most important concept to grasp concerning these type questions is that the Republic, itself, is the ultimate solution for these issues.
