We have discovered that the system can’t be fixed because it’s not really broken. What do we mean by that? The system, Federal, State and local, “government” are for-profit corporations. This includes all their agencies and courts. They function quite well for their owners. You may ask who that is. Good luck finding that out, but I can tell you it is not the American People. Armed with this knowledge you can now understand why your past efforts have caused you so much frustration. This is all well documented across our website.

The Republic for the United States of America is the original (de jure) government that was established by our founding fathers in 1789 with the ratification of the Constitution for the United States of America and subsequent “Bill of Rights” ratified in 1791. This is not the corporate fiction that functions unlawfully in Washington D.C. as the UNITED STATES (de facto) government. The American People have simply occupied the heretofore vacant seats of the original Republic government. The original Republic government was vacated during the decade of the Civil War. It was at that time that our Republican form of governance was unlawfully changed to a corporate semi democracy or maybe best described today as a technocracy. This was done without the consent or knowledge of the American People. It sat dormant for over a hundred years. This re-seating or re-inhabitation of the original Republic government, as we refer to it, took place in 2010.

These seats of government are being held by a few brave souls in an interim temporary government called the Republic for the United States of America, while we wait for the American People to take back that which was theirs all along. As soon as the people do this they can hold elections for a permanent government that answers to the American People and protects their rights. The only thing keeping this from happening is the American People coming on board. By getting the word out and bringing the truth to the people we can all make a real difference. We can bring an end to the insanity that is the corporate (defacto) UNITED STATES fiction.

Now I ask you, be honest with yourself, doesn’t this sound like a much better solution than begging politicians to listen to you? Oh, by the way, they probably didn’t bother to tell you any of these truths at their last town hall meeting, did they?

You are correct to assume that we are referencing the Congress of the interim government, the Republic for the United States of America. Please take a few minutes to look at President’s press release about this document on our website. Reading the actual document will help answer some of your questions and give you a better understanding of my answers. The restoration of the Constitutional government our founding fathers established in 1789 with the signing of the Constitution for the United States of America is a work in progress. Reclaiming the seats of that government for the people took place in 2010. We are holding those seats, or reinhabiting them, as we often say it, until such time that the American people can in sufficient numbers hold elections to fully and permanently restore that government. The Republic for the United States of America is the provisional structure or again as we typically state it is the interim government where this work is underway.
The Congress of the interim government passed this Resolution in 2011 to further clarity the status and standing of the Republic for the United States of America.
1. The Standing is clarified to be the same as was established by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence.
2. The status is clarified to be that of interim until constitutional government can be reintegrated.
3. The method to achieve the objective of restoring government is clarified to be that of full disclosure to the American people.
4. The means to accomplish the objective is to facilitate the lawful elections of constitutional representatives and officials at the county, state and national levels.
As it was in the Declaration of Independence we too recognize it is the people that are the final piece to the puzzle in reestablishing their constitutional government. One final note; the Republic belongs to all of the American people. Even though it is interim at this point the Congress for the Republic for the United States of America is not just ours it’s yours as well.
