Please bear with me; this is a great question so the answer will require some explanation and detail. The answer is critical to understanding the status of the Republic for the United States of America and the standing of the American People. First we need to understand the obligations that the Constitutional government must meet. It must be able to fulfill what it is charged with. That charge is in the preamble to the Constitution.

• Establish Justice
• Provide for the common defense.
• Ensure domestic tranquility
• Promote the general welfare.
• Secure the blessings of Liberty for ourselves and our posterity.
• Also, Article 4, section 4 of the Constitution requires the government to ensure a Republican form of government to all the States.

The details of how these are to be accomplished by the government is laid out in the Constitution. The unalienable rights and benefits of the people are defined in the Bill of Rights. Those rights and benefits are to be protected by the Constitutional government. Therefore that government must be able to enforce that protection or it is incapable of fulfilling its constitutional duty. The bottom line here is if the government is not capable of or chooses not to fulfill its constitutional charge it is not the constitutional government.

There is no provision in the Constitution for the constitutional government to function only partly within the parameters of that document. The government must be able to enforce the charge of the people and hold Constitutional elections before it can step into or even claim the roll of the constitutional government. It will be those who are elected in that election who will form and conduct the duties of the constitutional government.

The interim government, while lawfully established, functions temporarily and parallel to the corporation making no claims of constitutionality or permanence which would put it in competition with the corporation. Claiming constitutionality would cause those who had taken an oath to protect and defend the Constitution to violate their oath since they could not fully comply with the Constitution. Neither the oath nor the Constitution makes provision for partial compliance. The interim government can only use a limited constitutional structure and form so as to remain in honor and to eliminate any chance for confusion as to its status. This protects the sanctity of the Constitution and the standing of the people.
Lastly the constitutional government must have the people behind it to make it legitimate. The roll of the interim government is to facilitate a means to the Constitutional government. It can not change, alter or enforce constitutional provisions. Interim must remain interim. It must confine any of its work to that status. An interim government that would make a claim of constitutionality without the support of the American People would violate the precepts espoused in the Declaration of Independence and the spirit in which the founders wrote the Constitution for the United States of America.

In 2010 the American People claimed their legitimate lawful standing and acted to return to Constitutional governance. They laid out their claims and standing in law. Natural law, the Declaration of Independence and the Jay Treaty are among the basis of law for their actions. They formed the Republic for the United States of America as the vehicle to do so. This interim government was given specific guidelines for growth and education since this is its primary function. These guidelines exhibit the spirit of the Constitution however some do not because of the limitations of being interim.

As you can see any deviation from the interim status into a supposed constitutional status prior to having the support of the American People creates a serious breach. The interim government can legitimately claim to be the only lawful government but it has not yet reached the status of constitutionality. It is important for people to understand this concept. The purpose of the interim government must not be to enter into the realm of governance of the American People as it has no mandate to do so. However its structure does allow for limited governance within itself based on the mandate of growth, education and preserving the de jure seats for the American People. Therefore the interim government may simulate some constitutional process but only to maintain its temporary structure using the mandate stated above.

Any attempt, no matter how well intended, to place constitutional mandates on the interim government would invalidate the interim government. There can be no debate on this matter. The interim status of the Republic for the United States of America must be preserved in order to preserve its lawful standing. In 2010 the American people noticed the world of this intent. To maintain honor, credibility and lawful status this issue must be adhered to. The people are the authority and they made this choice.
These are some reasons why there is clear distinction in our documents between interim and constitutional.

Once the majority of the American People have re-inhabited their Republic they will have “broken away” from being controlled by a run-away corporation. Among the things you will learn is that One Statute Fifty, which is the Northwest Ordinance as codified, gives the President the authority to appoint Governors and Judges in the territories. When a State is without a Republican form of government or no government at all it is treated as a territory. Under Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution the President has a duty to insure a Republican form of government for the people of each State. The President may therefore appoint a Governor and Judge for that State.

Since there would likely be no state legislature in place, the new Governor would, according to Article 1 Section 3 Clause 2 of the National Constitution, be able to temporarily appoint two Senators. Further, the Governor would be directed by the National Constitution, Article 1 Section 2 Clause 4, to issue a writ of election to provide representation to the House of Representatives. This process fulfills the minimum requirement for a Republican form of government in your state.

However, the individual state constitutions may require a secretary to keep records. This responsibility falls on the Governor until that position is filled. The Governor will lead your free state in building the state legislature and filling other state offices in accordance with your state constitution. Once the majority of the American People re-inhabit their Republic, general elections for all vacant Offices and Seats will be held.

I’m very frustrated, on some of your recent calls the speakers have mentioned the American people need to stand up. Well I have been standing up for years. I have voted in every election, I call my Senators and Representative. I get involved in local politics and political events and let people know what is going on every chance I get. I’m not sure what frustrates me more, the current political system or people like you. What is so different about what you people are doing? And Why should I do any more then I already am?

Simply stated, the Restored Republic interim government is the lawful mechanism for the American People to join together to occupy the vacated seats of our de jure government. The specific guidelines of the Restored Republic interim government allow for growth and education followed by a period of transition back to Constitutional Governance. This is something that the American People already accomplished beginning in 2010 when they held a convention of state delegates to determine the best mechanism available to the American People to reseat our lost Republic.

I question those calling for a Convention of States. They state that they want to bring power back to the states and the people, where it belongs. Considering that the American People have already done the legwork, so to speak, in establishing an interim government to accomplish their goal, then why, may I ask, have they not channeled their energy and resources towards joining hands with the Restored Republic to accomplish that goal? Could it be that this is just another of many de facto ploys of distracting the American People from completely restoring our Republic? Do the American People really believe that a de facto convention of states will be able to free them from the deep state? Who do you think will be directing the agenda of such a convention? I hope someone can offer solid assurance that the end result will benefit the American People, but I have my doubts.

Put another way, the convention of states crowd are working within the confines of the corporate UNITED STATES whereas, the Republic for the United States was first founded by our Fore Fathers and then Reaffirmed by their Progeny in 2010. They assured that the Restored Republic would be operating outside, alongside and parallel to the corporate UNITED STATES, not under it.

It has also come to our attention that, if a Corporate Convention of States is convened, the delegates will vote to convene a Constitutional Convention (covered in Article V of the Constitution.) Then the current Constitution will be eliminated and replaced by the Constitution for The NewStates of America which was created for the Rockefeller Foundation which will concentrate all military, media, social, economic and political power into the clutches of the ruling oligarchy. In the meantime, the surefire way of restoring the Republic is already available to the American People; it only requires a force majeure; that would be the American People in mass. For example mandatory taxes on people for their property of any kind. Because without your organization recognizing truly free people you will only rewind history and replay it. Government without EVERY persons consent after all is just slavery.

I’m not sure that you understand what the Republic for the United States of America is or is about. Therefore your questions are probably not appropriate. The Republic is not a group, movement or organization. The Republic for the United States of America is not interested in ruling anyone. Apparently someone has misinformed you as to our purpose. The Republic is the birthright of every American.

I would like to point you to our mission statement, FAQ’s and other documents on our website. Please take the time to go over some of this material for a better understanding of what the Republic is about. There you may find that we agree on many issues such as taxes, property rights and ownership, God given unalienable rights for all people and consent of the people for government. However I may point out that not everyone may consent or agree on everything. That is one reason why the Republican form of government that our founding fathers established required two houses of congress. Their purpose was to properly represent the people so that the concerns and rights of all the people would be addressed and protected.

I urge you to consider the difference between freedom and liberty. In essence freedom without responsibility leads to anarchy. What we advocate is liberty (freedom with responsibility) for all. Government will always be necessary in order to protect the weak against those who would abuse them; a government ruled by laws that ensure individual Rights and Liberties. We advocate such a government. It is not a democracy. It is a representative republic. The same government paid for with the blood of our forefathers. All the American people are saying is that they want their Republic back.

How Much longer?? Back in 2007 i joined the Restore America Plan and went to several meetings and read thousands of emails and listened to hundreds of broadcasts over the years and I have not seen any change accept for the worse in fact things are even more disgusting in the Government and society every day. Yet I watch, listen and read and I see many get rail-roaded, some have even lost their life for standing up for the noble causes that bible believing good people should not have to fight. I first heard oh this thing is going to take at least 10 years to even begin to turn around; some say we are just sitting back and waiting; some say well any day now; others say change is coming, good things are coming but the bottom line is that line keeps disappearing, but not without a lot of talk. So I ask: WHEN will we the people get our country back?

A quick note of clarification. The restore America plan (Rapp) started in 2010, and while it was a predecessor to the Republic for the United States of America and some former members of that organization are affiliated with the Republic they are two different things, in fact, Rapp no longer exists. Furthermore, anyone who was part of the restore America plan signed documentation separating themselves from that organization as a precursor to their affiliation with the Republic.

This is one of the hardest questions to answer. I have wondered some of these same things from time to time. I can imagine some of these same questions went through the minds of many of our founding fathers and mothers some 230- 250 years ago. Their battle for independence and liberty went on for at least 4 to 5 decades before it finally culminated with the ratification of the Constitution for the United States of America and the Bill of Rights. In part they likely had to deal with some of the same issues we are dealing with today. One of the biggest issues seems to be apathy. Many complain about the problem but few will actually do something to bring the solution about.

Only a very small percentage of the American people participated in the battle for independence from tyranny back then and we find the same is true today. A study of history tells us that many times there were simply not enough resources or people to get the job done. And yet through the Divine Providential Hand of our Creator the people were able to prevail. We are relying on that same hand of providence today. We need more people and resources to help with the process. Despite the challenges we are making great strides and no less inspired.

Many are anxious for the success of restoring moral constitutional government to America. It will require more people and resources to shorten the transition time. Don’t misunderstand this is not a complaint. Those of us who are truly working at this will by the hand of God get this done. Many have already and continue to sacrifice much in this cause. For the sake of all Americans we too would like to see the transition time shortened.

Let me give you an example; sometimes it takes weeks for one of us to be able to answer the questions that come to our website. Those who ask the questions get frustrated thinking we are ignoring them. We understand their frustration and would like to be able to respond in a more efficient manner. Our goal is to encourage people to find out what they can do to help. That would lift the load for everyone. The bottom line is people have to get involved. Our society does not foster this type of involvement.

When will it change? It will happen when enough of the American people stand up together shoulder to shoulder and peacefully in righteous fervor restore the Nation that rightly belongs to them. Until that happens we must continue to proclaim the message of liberty and show them why they have to stand. Keep in mind we cannot get discouraged or frustrated and we can never give up. We must take the challenge and responsibility of this ourselves and not wait for others to get it done. I would contend one thing. It is Bible believing good people that must fight this fight. More than any other people we should have the faith and fortitude to not become apathetic to this issue no matter how difficult it is. It is our God given duty to get on board and stay on board to maintain righteous lawful government. People who understand this are the people who make things change.

These are great questions. The answer is that it has already happened. It was announced to the world in 2010 and has been very much in the public. The fact that you are able to communicate with us is evidence of that.
The American People are the Republic! The seats of the lawful original de jure constitutional government are here for the American People to finish occupying. The Republic for the United States is lawfully occupying many of these seats and holds in its hands the keys to open the door to the remainder of the seats.

You are correct to assume that we are referencing the Congress of the interim government, the Republic for the United States of America. As it was in the Declaration of Independence we too recognize it is the people that are the final piece to the puzzle in reestablishing their constitutional government. One final note; the Republic belongs to all of the American people. Even though it is interim at this point the Congress for the Republic for the United States of America is not just ours it’s yours as well.

US Territories will be encouraged to become States, providing the people with a Republican form of government. The Republic will not subsidize territories with treasure confiscated from the American People.

No territory will provide sanctuary for those who would engage in criminal activities, or for enemies of America. The Republic will establish and maintain appropriate security facilities and forces in all strategic outlying islands to protect the American People’s best interests.

… this is all confusing. I want to be a part of restoring America but which is the true group that is restoring it? I sent you an email a while back asking about joining and about a problem I as having with the corporate state office, Health Dept., but really don’t recall getting an answer?? Since a blogger on the General Ham Republic mentioned Tim Turner, my guess you both are the same assembly? Is this true? I need some clarification on this, can you help me? Thank you.

The interim President of the Republic for the United States of America is James Buchanan Geiger. I am not aware that General Ham has ever claimed to be the President of anything. Others seem to be rather loose with the Generals name and this claim. This same group made two or three claims of this last year and each time it was presented as if it had just happened the day or night before. Likewise this group has stated a number of times in the past that the RV happened “last night”.
I am not aware of any verifiable evidence of whom or what this group really is. Their claims always seem to be centered on someone or something that cannot be substantiated. I would caution everyone that there is a lot of disinformation that is continually spread on the internet for the designed purpose of distracting people. You mentioned that it is all confusing. Unsubstantiated claims typically muddy the waters and at times that appears to be the purpose.
One thing is for certain: there is no affiliation between their claims and the Republic for the United States of America. Everything that we do is out in the open. You also brought up some issues you were having with corporate agencies. The Republic for the United States is not part of that jurisdiction and does not get involved with their jurisdiction. This is likely why you did not receive a response to that issue. We are restoring lawful righteous constitutional government to the land. When this job has been completed, unlawful undelegated authority will no longer prevail over the people. This is somewhat difficult to answer accurately. Some supporters are very active and openly work out front to further the cause of liberty. Others wish to support while remaining anonymous—not wanting their names in the public for various reasons. There are some who have been scared off because someone has told them that the idea of restoring liberty to the American People is, by some wild stretch, an “illegal” act. In their hearts, and privately, they express their support. Many have expressed support in open actions, but only verbalize their support in very private settings because of their current position in life.

We respect and appreciate all positions of support. We encourage everyone to work and get involved to help shoulder the load. There are groups and organizations we hear about through alternative media sources we have not heard of before. They, however, have heard of us and express their support openly. It really is difficult to be accurate in regards to numbers. We continue to see growing interest and major avenues of support.

Still other, countless Americans, are waking up daily to the fact that there is something drastically wrong with how the supposed government operates. We continue to hold outstretched arms to all Americans and offer them the ability to take back their government.
