Judicial, Training, Secretary of State / Clerk, and Prayer calls may have different telephone numbers, access codes, online meeting rooms, and backup arrangements. Use the details provided for your selected call.

When telephone access is unavailable, try the meeting’s “Join Online” link, if provided. Use a backup number only when it is listed for that particular call or supplied by its host or conference provider. Follow the instructions you receive; you may be asked for the original conference number and access code.

For FreeConferenceCall.com meetings using a U.S. dial-in number, you can text “Help” to the meeting’s main dial-in number to request a temporary backup number, or text “Call Me” to request a callback. Use a text-capable mobile phone and follow the response and voice prompts. Telephone, messaging, or data charges may apply. For a different conference service, follow that provider’s instructions.

If you still cannot connect, contact the call host using the contact information in the meeting announcement. Include the name and date of the call, whether you tried telephone or online access, and any error message or recorded announcement you received. You can access member registration at www.republicforusa.org or join our email list for emailed announcements. Complete any confirmation instructions you receive. Do not assume that member registration automatically subscribes you to every call reminder.

How do I join a conference call?

By telephone: Dial the number listed for your meeting. For a standard FreeConferenceCall.com dial-in, enter the participant access code when prompted, followed by #, the pound or hash key. Use the complete code supplied for that call; do not assume it contains six digits. A host PIN is for the host, not an ordinary participant.

Online: Open the meeting link supplied by the host. Follow the available browser or app instructions, enter the requested joining information, and select your audio connection. When offered, “Use Web Version instead” lets you join through your browser without downloading the app.

Try to connect shortly before the scheduled start. If disconnected, use the same current meeting instructions to rejoin. If you receive a message that the meeting is locked, contact the host. For Zoom or another platform, follow that meeting’s instructions rather than applying FreeConferenceCall.com’s telephone commands.

I have dialed the conference number, but there is no prompt for an access code.

First, compare the number you dialed with the latest meeting instructions. If the line remains silent or does not respond, hang up and try dialing the number manually. Listen to any announcement before entering the access code.

Hold music does not necessarily mean the connection failed. You may be the first participant waiting for another caller, or the host may have placed the conference on hold. Follow the voice prompts and the host’s instructions.

If the problem continues, try the meeting’s online link or the backup/callback options described above. Tell the host exactly what you hear—or that the line is silent. The absence of a prompt alone does not identify the cause.

I am on a conference call, why can’t I talk?

The host may have muted participants or selected a listening-only format. Being connected does not necessarily mean your microphone is open.

For a FreeConferenceCall.com telephone connection, *6 normally switches your own line between muted and unmuted. However, in Lecture mode, participants cannot unmute themselves. Wait for the host to allow discussion.

During a FreeConferenceCall.com Q&A session, *6 requests a turn to speak. Follow the voice prompts and wait for the host to select you. In the app or browser, use the microphone or question controls available for that meeting. Also check your device’s mute setting and selected microphone.

Conference call has an echo, background noise, or other interference.

Mute your microphone when you are not speaking. Try a handset or headset rather than a speakerphone. Keep microphones away from speakers and other devices playing the meeting’s audio.

Use only one active audio connection. If you dial in by telephone while viewing the meeting on a computer, disconnect the computer’s meeting audio so its microphone and speakers do not create another audio path.

In the FreeConferenceCall.com app, check the selected microphone and playback device, and use noise reduction when available. If the disturbance continues, notify the host. The host can mute individual participants to help identify the source.

Conference volume is low, speaker is hard to hear.

How can I replay the last conference call?

Not every meeting is recorded or released. Recording settings are controlled by the host. Do not assume that a recording will appear within 48 hours or remain available for a fixed number of days; check with the host for its availability.

For telephone playback, use the confirmed playback number supplied for that recording—not automatically the live meeting’s dial-in number. Follow the prompts for the access code and, when required, the recording’s reference number. Ask the host for missing details rather than using an older unverified number.

Will I be charged for long distance or cellphone minutes while on a conference call?

FreeConferenceCall.com provides a free basic conferencing service, but your connection may still cost money. Your telephone provider may apply call charges, use your plan’s minutes, or impose a separate charge for conferencing numbers. Do not assume a dial-in number is toll-free because the conferencing service is called “free.”

Online participation uses an internet connection and may use mobile data. Text-message and callback options may also be subject to your plan’s charges. Do you believe every human is entitled to their views and beliefs without threat of persecution or discrimination?

Our Republic is restricted to protecting the People’s common interests. Our Constitution was established to “secure the Blessings of Liberty” of the People pertaining to religion, politics, opinions, special interests, etc. The 1st Amendment guarantees everyone freedom of (or from) religion and the freedom to express their thoughts pertaining to those beliefs. Other philosophical or spiritual beliefs, even atheism, are considered private and therefore personal and are scrupulously respected. What about those who don’t share the morals of our Founding Fathers or belong to a non-Christian religion such as Buddhists, Muslims, etc?

There is not now, nor has there ever been, a requirement for Republic members regarding religion. The main requirements are that you do not harm anyone, do not harm their personal property, and do not deny anyone their God-given rights. If your religious or personal views require you to violate these laws, then you will be held accountable. If you have an obligation or allegiance to another law form, then you will have a major problem with the laws of the Constitution. If you act in an immoral or irresponsible manner and harm someone, you will be held accountable. If your religious or personal beliefs cause you to violate another’s rights, you will be held accountable.

It is really that simple. It is not the religion of an individual that will or will not cause them to be in right-or-wrong standing. It is however, the behavior and actions of an individual that matters.

How Much longer?? WHEN will we the people get our country back?

This is one of the hardest questions to answer. I can imagine some of these same questions went through the minds of many of our founding fathers and mothers some 250 years ago. Their battle for independence and liberty went on for many years before the ratification of the Constitution for the united States of America and the Bill of Rights. In part they likely had to deal with some of the same issues we are dealing with today. One of the biggest issues seems to be apathy in the American people. Many complain about the problem, but few will actually do something about it.

Only 3 percent of the American people participated in the battle for independence back then, and we find the same is true today. Many times there were simply not enough resources or people to get the job done. And yet through the Divine Providential Hand of our Creator, the people were able to prevail. We are relying on that same Hand of Providence today. We need more people and resources to help with the process. Despite the challenges, we are making great strides and are no less inspired. Many have already and continue to sacrifice much in this cause.

When will it change? It will happen when enough of the American people stand up together shoulder to shoulder and peacefully in righteous fervor restore the Nation that rightly belongs to them. Until that happens, we must continue to proclaim the message of liberty and show them why they have to stand. We cannot get discouraged or frustrated, and we can never give up. We must take the challenge and responsibility of this ourselves and not wait for others to get it done. I would contend one thing. Bible believing good people must fight this fight. More than any other people we should have the faith and fortitude to not become apathetic to this issue no matter how difficult it is. It is our God given duty to get on board and stay on board to maintain righteous lawful government. People who understand this are the people who make things change. After all, we are fighting actual evil in our efforts to restore the Republic.

Why is it that all of your documents emphasize that the Republic for the united States of America is an interim government? I thought you were restoring a Constitutional government.

The answer is critical to understanding the status of the Republic for the united States of America and the standing of the American People. The roll of the interim government is to facilitate a return to the Constitutional Republic government. It can not change, alter or enforce constitutional provisions. An interim government that would make a claim of constitutionality without the support of the American People would violate the precepts espoused in the Declaration of Independence and the spirit in which the founders wrote the Constitution for the united States of America. Since a huge majority of the American people do not even know about the Republic, the Republic officials do not have authority to do anything permanent. Therefore, we hold official seats in an interim capacity, until the first nation-wide Republic elections can be held.

In 2010 the American People reclaimed their lawful standing and acted to return to Constitutional governance. They reinhabited the Republic for the united States of America. This interim government was given specific guidelines for growth and education since this is its primary function. These guidelines exhibit the spirit of the Constitution however some do not because of the limitations of being interim. The interim status of the Republic for the United States of America must be preserved in order to preserve its lawful standing. The Republic is the lawful mechanism for the American People to re-inhabit the vacated seats of the de jure government.

Is the Republic already completed with all bodies politic in place?

The American People have lawfully seated and organized an interim government that will allow for an orderly transition back to Constitutional governance. The Republic must be in place if/when the failure of the Washington municipal corporation occurs. Can the Republic and the American People break away from the current corporate government at this time?

The Republic for the united States is operating as a parallel government peacefully co-existing with the corporate UNITED STATES and has, in effect, already “broken away” from the current U.S. corporation. Lawfully, the Republic should be able to exercise oversight of the corporation. The ONLY thing lacking is for the American People to re-inhabit their Republic en-mass. Once the majority of the American People have re-inhabited their Republic they will have “broken away” from being controlled by a run-away corporation. Is there a lawful way I can help my State return to the Republic?

When a State is without a Republican form of government, it has essentially reverted to a Territory. Under Article 4, Section 4 of the Constitution the President has a duty to insure a Republican form of government for the people of each State. We are fortunate that our founding fathers gave us a checklist for an area of land to become a Territory, and then to become a State in the Union. Originally called “The Northwest Ordinance” under the Articles of Confederation, the founders brought that law under the Constitution in the first Congress, and it is known as 1 Statute 50. This law gives the President the authority to appoint Governors and other officials in the States/Territories.

I’m very frustrated…None of my efforts seem to matter…What is so different about what you people are doing?

Many of us have experienced the same frustrations. We have discovered that the system cannot be fixed because it is not really “broken.” Instead, the system of Federal, State, and local, “governments” are actually for-profit corporations owned by foreign powers. The Republic for the united States of America is the original (de jure) government that was established by our founding fathers in 1789 with the ratification of the Constitution for the united States of America and subsequent Bill of Rights ratified in 1791. The Republic is not the corporate fiction that functions unlawfully in Washington D.C. as the UNITED STATES (de facto) government. The original Republic government was vacated during the decade of the Civil War. It was at that time that our Republican form of governance was unlawfully replaced with a corporation pretending to be our government. This was done without the consent or knowledge of the American People. The Republic sat dormant for over 100 years. Our predecessor group, the Restore America Plan, was approached by the White Hat military in November 2008. They asked us to restore the Republic. What is the difference between the Republic for the united States of America and what others are calling a Convention of States?

Simply stated, the Restored Republic interim government is the lawful mechanism for the American People to hold the vacated seats of our de jure government. The specific guidelines of the Restored Republic interim government allow for growth and education followed by a period of transition back to Constitutional Governance. This is something that the American People already accomplished beginning in 2010 when they held a Continental Congress with State delegates to determine the best mechanism available to the American People to reseat our lost Republic.

As for the Convention of States group, they are trying to fix the Corporate CONSTITUTION. This cannot be fixed. The entire Corporate structure must be removed and replaced with the Republic as our founders intended. Put another way, the Convention of States group is working within the confines of the corporate UNITED STATES whereas, the Republic for the united States is the original founding fathers Republic that was reinhabited in 2010. The Republic is currently operating parallel to the corporate UNITED STATES, not under it.

Will a new political party fix America?

What will your organization do to the truly free minded that do not wish to join you? Will your agents enforce rules on those that don’t belong to your group?

I’m not sure that you understand what the Republic for the united States of America is or is about. The Republic is not a group, movement or organization. The Republic for the united States of America is the actual government for America. The Republic is not interested in ruling anyone. Apparently someone has misinformed you as to our purpose. The Republic is the birthright of every American.

I would like to point you to our mission statement, FAQ’s and other documents on our website. Please take the time to go over some of this material for a better understanding of what the Republic is about. There you may find that we agree on many issues such as taxes, property rights/ownership, God given unalienable rights for all people and consent of the people for government. However, not everyone may consent or agree on everything. That is one reason why the Republican form of government that our founding fathers established required two houses of Congress. Their purpose was to properly represent the people so that the concerns and rights of all the people would be addressed and protected.

I urge you to consider the difference between freedom and liberty. In essence freedom without responsibility leads to anarchy. What we advocate is liberty (freedom with responsibility) for all. When is the new re-instated Republic going to be announced? (Has there been a definite date set yet?)

These are great questions. The answer is that it has already happened. It was announced to the world in 2012 and has been public since then. The fact that you are able to communicate with us is evidence of that.

The American People are the Republic! The seats of the lawful original de jure constitutional government are here for the American People for when they wake up and want their country back. The Republic for the united States is lawfully occupying these seats on an interim basis until that time. Unfortunately, we do not have a date for when the Corporation will removed and the Republic restored. We always pray that it will be soon.

I heard you speak about a Unity Resolution by the first Republic Congress. Could you explain what this resolution is about and why you believe it is so important?

The Republic Congress passed the Unity Resolution in 2011 to further clarify the status and standing of the Republic for the united States of America.
1. The Standing is clarified to be the same as was established by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence.
2. The status is clarified to be that of interim until constitutional government can be restored.
3. The method to achieve the objective is clarified to be that of full disclosure to the American people.
4. The means to accomplish the objective is to facilitate the lawful elections of constitutional representatives and officials at the county, state and national levels.

As it was in the Declaration of Independence, we too recognize it is the people that are the final piece to the puzzle in reestablishing their constitutional government. The Republic belongs to all American people.

What happens to Puerto Rico and the other outlying islands that are US territories but not states?

US Territories will have the opportunity to become States, to provide their people with a Republic form of government. It will be up to the people of each Territory to determine their future. But, no Territory will provide sanctuary for those who would engage in criminal activities, or for enemies of America.

Who is the interim president of the Republic? Is this the same as General Ham acting as interim president, which they have declared the Corporate US Government null and void? Or are there two different groups of people trying to restore America?

The interim President of the Republic for the United States of America is James Buchanan Geiger. I am not aware that General Ham has ever claimed to be the President of anything. Others seem to be rather loose with the General's name and this claim. This same group made two or three claims of this several years ago, and each time it was presented as if it had just happened the day or night before. Likewise this group has stated a number of times in the past that the revaluation happened “last nigh.”

One thing is for certain: there is no affiliation between their claims and the Republic for the united States of America. Everything that we do is public for anyone to see. Our website documents state what we are about and the basis in law for our position and status. Please take some time to go through the Republic website and see how you can get involved in restoring constitutional government to America.

We need to clarify up front that the Republic does NOT use the Northwest Ordinance to restore the Republic. The Northwest Ordinance was a law passed by the congress under the Articles of Confederation, before the Constitution. In the Republic, we use 1 Statute 50. This is the law passed by the Constitutional Congress in 1789, which intentionally brought the Northwest Ordinance under the authority of the Constitution and was signed by George Washington on August 8, 1789. The reason the founders had to do this was that everything that came before the Constitution (including the Articles of Confederation) were unconstitutional, unless they were intentionally mentioned in the Constitution or were brought under the Constitution like the Northwest Ordinance. Because the Northwest Ordinance and 1 Statute 50 are VERY similar, often the Republic will use the terms interchangeably. In addition, 1 Statute 50 refers back to the Northwest Ordinance on some issues, so you cannot separate the two documents.

At first, when the Republic was in the early stages of being restored, the Republic leaders were doing the best that they could to follow the intent of the Constitution, but in some cases they had to guess. The reason that the Republic uses 1 Statute 50 is that this law spells out clearly how an area of land becomes a Territory, and then how that Territory can become a State. Since the Republic States did not have a republic form of government for over 140 years, they were no longer in compliance with what a State was required to do by the Constitution. Thus in many ways a State reverted back to a Territory. After 3 years of deliberation, all 3 branches of the Republic government agreed that the best way forward to reinhabiting the States was using the checklist of 1 Statute 50 to bring each State back into compliance. The founding fathers warned us not to lose the Republic, but they did not give us any guidance to get it back, if we actually lost it. 1 Statute 50 (and the Northwest Ordinance) gave us the best way to reinhabit the abandoned States.

The last point that needs to be made is that 1 Statute 50 is an actual Constitutional law. In the Republic, we do not cherry-pick which laws we like and don't like. When we take an oath to the Constitution, that oath covers ALL laws passed under it as well. There are only 2 ways according to the Constitution to question a law. The first way is for Congress to repeal or change the law. The second way is to question the law at the Supreme Court. If the court decides that the law is unconstitutional, the law goes back to Congress to be repealed or changed to comply with the decision. There are no lawful ways to ignore a Constitutional law. Anyone who claims that they can ignore any law is in violation of the Constitution and their oath of office (if any).

This just sounds like another hate America anti-government conspiracy movement.

Please let me take a moment to clear up these misunderstandings of who and what the Republic is before rendering such a harsh judgment.

The Republic is every American. The men and women who re-inhabited the Republic for the united States of America are just such Americans, supporters of liberty and justice for all. They love their country. That may be a little surprising to you but it is true. The UNITED STATES government in Washington D.C. is a corporate fiction under foreign control pretending to be our government. That is what we oppose. If you believe in the principles of liberty your founding fathers established in the Constitution and the Bill of Rights, you should also oppose being controlled by foreign interests.

Knowing this and expressing this does not mean that someone hates their country or is anti-government. In fact, just the opposite is true. We are appalled that a for-profit corporation has usurped the lawful government that belongs to the American People. Most Americans are not aware of this, and that is the true conspiracy.

Our goal is to awaken the American People to this truth. However the mainstream news media wants to portray all liberty minded constitutional minded Americans as part of some kind of radical violent overthrow conspiracy. I’m sure that there may be a few people out there who think that way, but it is not an accurate statement. Most blanket statements like this are not. The men and women of the Republic refuse to be put in that category. The Republic for the united States of America is the original government restored. We are waiting for the American People to wake up and reoccupy the seats of their government as is their right and obligation.

I have from time to time heard some news agencies and law enforcement attempt to link your organization and some of your members to criminal activity and fugitives from law.

Since your question / comments are general in nature and not specific to any one instance, I will address them as follows.

First it is important to understand fully that the Republic for the united States of America belongs to all Americans. That’s the “We the People…” of the preamble to the Constitution. As you see in the context presented above, the people, (“We”), are not an organization and neither is the Republic for the united States of America (Republic). This is an important foundational fact to establish in order to address the rest of your comments.

The Republic is not only restoring the Constitution, but it is returning to God's Natural law which is the foundation of our entire law form. These concepts of law do not promote criminal activity or condone the harboring of criminal fugitives. The Republic consists of peaceful and law abiding men and women.

The Media and some law enforcement have purposely attempted to link the Republic and its people to criminal activities. There appears to be a very well organized and funded smear campaign to discredit the Republic. So ask yourself: why would someone go through all the trouble of doing this? Could it be because this Republic is a huge threat to the corporate crime syndicate that is currently pretending to be our government?

The standards of liberty of self government and personal behavior established by our founding fathers and reconfirmed by the Republic are very high. It is unfortunate that those who make these blanket accusations don’t abide by a moral, ethical and lawful standard. Again, this effort is apparently intended to discredit the Republic and not to expose truth about criminal activity.

Finally I would remind you that the hypocrites of the unlawful corporation and the self-righteous willing accomplices in the media are making many of these allegations, so consider the source. The rule of law, due process of law and true justice should always prevail.

What will happen to Social Security and Government Pensions if the Republic comes in power?

The Republic is committed to providing a smooth, seamless restoration of our Government from the U.S. corporation back to the original Constitutional Republic. It is our intent to honor all pre-existing trust commitments, including Social Security and government pensions. Although there will be many differences in how the government operates and what departments will be continued, the security and welfare of the People and the country is our first priority.

Is funding available for the Republic?

At the current time, the Republic has not received funding from official sources. However, more and more American People are freely donating their time and money to support the Republic as their interim government. As the majority of Americans fully embrace their Constitutional Republic, official funding will establish the Republic Treasury. Eventually, when the Republic is fully restored, all debts will be paid through lawfully collected taxes and tariffs to pay verifiable government debts, but only as the Constitution allows.

Is funding available to help re-inhabit my State?

Each state will ensure its own funding as more American people wake up to the corporation pretending to be our government. We are all volunteers with our time and money at both the State and National level. It is your mothers, fathers, grandmothers, grandfathers, your brothers and sisters and children of the People around this country that are the lifeblood of this Republic. The American People have freely donated their time and money for the purpose of establishing and continuing their interim government (Republic). Why is it that all of your documents emphasize that the Republic for the United States of America is an interim government? I thought you were restoring a Constitutional government.

The answer is critical to understanding the status of the Republic for the united States of America and the standing of the American People. The roll of the interim government is to facilitate a return to the Constitutional Republic government. It can not change, alter or enforce constitutional provisions. An interim government that would make a claim of constitutionality without the support of the American People would violate the precepts espoused in the Declaration of Independence and the spirit in which the founders wrote the Constitution for the united States of America. Since a huge majority of the American people do not even know about the Republic, the Republic officials do not have authority to do anything permanent. Therefore, we hold official seats in an interim capacity, until the first nation-wide Republic elections can be held.

In 2010 the American People reclaimed their lawful standing and acted to return to Constitutional governance. They reinhabited the Republic for the united States of America. This interim government was given specific guidelines for growth and education since this is its primary function. These guidelines exhibit the spirit of the Constitution however some do not because of the limitations of being interim. The interim status of the Republic for the United States of America must be preserved in order to preserve its lawful standing. The Republic is the lawful mechanism for the American People to re-inhabit the vacated seats of the de jure government.

I heard the work of the first Congress referenced on some of your calls. I am assuming that you are referring to the Republic for the United States Congress. I heard you speak about a Unity Resolution by the first Congress. Could you explain what this resolution is about and why you believe it is so important?

The Republic Congress passed the Unity Resolution in 2011 to further clarify the status and standing of the Republic for the united States of America.
1. The Standing is clarified to be the same as was established by our founding fathers in the Declaration of Independence.
2. The status is clarified to be that of interim until constitutional government can be restored.
3. The method to achieve the objective is clarified to be that of full disclosure to the American people.
4. The means to accomplish the objective is to facilitate the lawful elections of constitutional representatives and officials at the county, state and national levels.

As it was in the Declaration of Independence, we too recognize it is the people that are the final piece to the puzzle in reestablishing their constitutional government. The Republic belongs to all American people.

When will you be able to provide relief for Redress of Grievances? What about Common Law, Grand Juries and other remedies, as that seems to be more promising? How can the Republic help?

The most important concept to grasp concerning these type questions is that a fully restored Republic is the ultimate solution for these issues. Once the American people embrace their Republic en-mass, then we will all be able to experience liberty and justice for all for the first time in over 100 years. As it stands, very few Americans can grasp just how different things will be once our Republic is fully restored. The average American will be the actual government. No agency or corporation will dare trample on your God given unalienable rights.

Because of our interim status, Republic courts can only adjure cases that are internal to the Republic. This means that no Republic court has any discourse with any de facto court. As you may have heard, the only thing standing in the way of the American people getting their Republic back is mass participation. Please ask yourself what it is that you can do to help, whether it is simply informing the American people about their Republic, or volunteering as an official, or donating to the cause.

How is this related to the Sovereign Citizen Movement and are they looking for the same results?

The Republic for the united States of America is not a group or movement. It is not related to or associated with any group or movement, although many people and groups support the Republic. The term Sovereign Citizen is an oxymoron, meaning that the two words are actually opposite to each other. The term was created as a slur against anyone who knows about the foreign powers controlling the corporation currently pretending to be the government. You do not have rights, if you do not defend them. That is what sovereign means. But corrupt corporate agencies have coined the term to disparage the restoration back to the original Republic. Therefore, there is actually no such thing as the “sovereign citizen movement.”

The Republic for the united States of America is not about personal agendas, personal remedy or revenge. We are peaceful law abiding men and women. It is simply the only way to restore constitutional government to the American people. We are working lawfully to return to the republic form of government that the Constitution guarantees to all the States in Union.

Will the American people be recompensed for the dastardly acts committed by the U.S. corporate government and will individual debt be canceled at some future date?

The corporation (UNITED STATES), its sub-corporations, and those running them, are benefiting grossly from their operations and must be held accountable. All accounts and properties of those individuals and corporations knowingly responsible for participating in dishonorable and unlawful activities must make restitution to those they have harmed. This may include liquidation of assets from the illegal/unlawful entities. Every lawful and honorable means of recovery will be used, and every attempt will be made to recompense victims. But this will occur only when the Republic is fully restored.

This will not relieve anyone from personal responsibility. Nor should it be assumed that all debts will be wiped out. It does mean that the American People will benefit from the real value of their land and property. They will have real money to pay debts and benefit from their efforts. It means the end of predatory lending practices, abusive unlawful banking, and theft by foreclosure.

How will the countries that the corporation invaded in our name be affected? (Also, how will we deal with countries where we have a huge embassy?)

Embassies, both at home and abroad, are an important aspect of honorable and respectful diplomatic relations with foreign nations. Republic embassies will become tools to protect the American People and their interests abroad. They will not be used to undermine the sovereign authority of the people of another nation.

In your mission statement, you say that the CORPORATION usurped the lawful government right after the Civil War so wouldn’t that mean that any states admitted to the union after the Civil War were, in fact, admitted to the CORPORATION and not to the Republic, including the southern states that rebelled and were readmitted after the war?

The lands, Territories and subsequent States have always belonged to the inhabitants of them. The People of those States were Citizens of those States and also became American Citizens when the State became part of the Union. But they always remain Citizens of the State where they were born.

The corporation that became the UNITED STATES government never gave full disclosure to the people as to whom and what they really were. The UNITED STATES corporation has been pretending to be our government for over 100 years. Clearly the people of those States which were accepted into the Union after the usurpation by the corporation intended to be a part of what they believed was the lawful union of the United States of America. They did know that the UNITED STATES INC was not the same thing.

Because of this, in the Republic, we treat all States the same, even though they were the original colonies, or States under the Republic, or STATES under the corporation. We reinhabited all of them the same way, with a grassroots approach that preserved the intent of the Constitution.

I believe you are talking about creating a project to help humanity in some way. There is a lot of talk about using revaluation funds for such a project. The Republic currently has no funds for such projects. However, some insiders that are in contact with the Republic have indicated that there are “Millennial trusts” or “Heritage trusts” that will be available to fund any humanitarian project that has merit. Many of these trusts have stipulations that the evil has to be removed from the country (and the planet) in order for the trusts to be opened. You can then conclude that the Republic will be restored by this point (since the corporate USA INC is evil), and the funds would be available. Those trustees will make announcements when the funds will be available and how to apply for them. The Republic will not be directly involved in those trusts. But certainly, the Republic will do everything that it can to ensure the information is passed on to everyone that is interested in a humanitarian project.
